Risk assessment and DVR
The assessment is built on site with the app, not at a desk: structured, customisable templates, duplication of rooms, floors and assets, photographs and temperature readings captured via Bluetooth. The artificial intelligence assistant guides data entry and pre-populates fields from information already held. The result is a consistent, compliant document that is above all already structured as data: every hazard, every critical point and every control measure remains an object in the system. Activity scheduling
The control scheme is generated automatically from the assessment: which measures, on which points, at what frequency and under whose responsibility. Recurring tasks — temperature checks, flushing, tank inspections, sampling — are created and assigned on their own, with reminders, escalation on overdue items and automatic reassignment when the person responsible cannot complete them. No deadline depends on anyone’s memory any more.
One dashboard, in real time

Execution and evidence from the app
The technician opens the app, sees only the tasks that are theirs and is guided step by step. Algorithms indicate when to stop flushing and confirm completion; photographs and readings are attached on the spot. When a non-conformity emerges, the corrective action is opened, assigned, carried out and verified for effectiveness, with photographic evidence and a time stamp at every stage. The cycle closes inside the system and remains demonstrable for years.
