Air Pulse Technology
Remediation of water circuits
The first patented mobile solution that combines flushing, disinfection and the controlled injection of air to remove bacteria and biofilm from water installations. No fixed equipment to install, no continuous chemical dosing, no harmful by-products, an immediate and verifiable result.
The six stages of the method
Thermal treatment 65-85 °C
The entire system is brought up to temperature: the biofilm matrix is destabilised and free bacteria are eliminated.
Air Pulse Technology
Oscillating low-pressure pulses of air and hot water generate a mechanical stress that breaks up the biofilm and expels it from the pipework.
Biodegradable biocide
Treatment with a peroxide-based biocide that dissolves the residual biomass and deactivates micro-organisms, disinfecting the pipework.
Second thermal treatment
The system is treated thermally once again to eliminate any residual micro-organism and to inertise the biocide.
Second Air Pulse cycle
The pulses complete the removal of every organic and product residue from the pipework.
Cooling and disconnection
The system is cooled and the mobile equipment disconnected. No chemical residues remain: the facility is back in service immediately.

No fixed installation
The equipment arrives on a mobile unit, connects, operates and leaves. No investment in permanent equipment.
No by-products
A biodegradable biocide that converts into water and oxygen: no trihalomethanes, chlorites or NDMA.
Immediate result
The contaminated system is remediated and brought back to safety within the intervention itself, with analytical verification.
Compatible with every material
Tested on copper, steel, multilayer and PPR networks, with verification that the pipework is undamaged.
The test reports on copper and PPR pipes compare three conditions: no treatment, traditional chemical treatment and the patented treatment, showing on plate the difference in residual count. The images and full reports are available on request.
Probiotics for indoor
air quality
Air is not a source of pollution: it is the vector that picks up micro-organisms and allergens and distributes them throughout the building. The patent exploits exactly this mechanism, but in reverse, using air circulation to spread beneficial micro-organisms.
- The system connects directly to the existing HVAC infrastructure and releases a dry-fog nebulisation of probiotics on an optimised intermittent programme.
- The nanoparticles travel through the ducts and air currents, settling on work surfaces, furnishings, floors, walls, ceilings and fabrics, including areas that traditional cleaning cannot reach.
- The probiotics form an invisible protective layer and actively consume the nutrient substrates that pathogens would use, making it hard for them to establish themselves.
- It is always applied after the technical inspection and any remediation to NADCA standards, so as to start from a clean system.

In professional kitchens airborne grease settles in the hood, in the filters and along the whole duct run as far as the discharge point. It is a threefold problem: hygiene, energy and, above all, fire risk.
Hygiene
The organic deposit is a growth medium for bacteria and moulds.
Energy
Obstructed sections reduce the flow rate and increase fan consumption.
Fire
Grease built up in the duct is among the leading causes of kitchen fires.
